1. Order Processing Times
✔ Standard Processing Time: 2-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
✔ Orders placed after 5 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

3. Order Tracking

✔ Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates after shipment.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
LunaShell is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they are in the carrier’s possession.

1️⃣ Check your tracking number – Sometimes packages are marked as delivered a few days before arrival.
2️⃣ Contact your local post office or carrier – They may have additional details.
3️⃣ If your package is lost or stolen, file a claim with the carrier and notify us at [your email]. While we cannot guarantee replacements, we will do our best to assist you.
5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
✔ Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order!
✔ If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the package.
✔ If you entered the wrong address, contact us ASAP at lunashellnails@gmail.com—we may be able to update it before shipment.
6. Order Cancellations & Modifications
✔ Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
✔ Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel or change it.
